Just to name a few places a 5 to 10-minute walk will take you to would be Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Taco Bell, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Subway, and McDonalds! Or if you want to travel elsewhere the property is also very close to public transport.

Situated on Ipswich Road it is a 6-minute walk from the Annerley Junction bus stop with 9 buses coming from the south side and into the Brisbane CBD (and vice-versa), which definitely gives you more options if you are worried about missing your bus. On the other hand if you are too lazy to walk 6-minutes one day then there are bus stops that are much closer but keep in mind that some buses will travel different routes. Buses can take 18 to 30 minutes into the city depending on the bus.

Alternatively if you’re not a bus person then you can head to Fairfield Station which is about a 9-minute walk or Dutton Park if you decide you want to go for a 15-minute stroll instead. And if you really want you can take a 40-minute stroll to the University of Queensland if you area slow walker! Trains also take a similar amount of time to get into the city as a bus.

And if you are not really a public transport kind of person then you can just drive as there is off-street parking available on the property!
